Just keep it slow, very slow. There is no set speed, just whatever feels do-able for you.

I think when you start it's best to take it slow and steady, so just what feels like a comfortable pace, so your breathing is faster but you're not out of breath, you can up the speed later on when you're more used to running.

if your walk briskly so that you are just short of breaking into a trot, then your run just has to be a little faster than that. The walks are going to be used as a way of building up stamina so set a good pace and that will help your running. Keep it all steady and you'll be able to last the podcast. That's the important thing, not the speed. Happy running
oh, well i went to the gym yesterday and seems i am doing 8mph at a run and 4mph at a walk
