Hi all,

The advice when doing c25k is that you should be able to have a conversation while running. you should be running slow enough for your breathing to be in control. That pace will be different for everybody depending on fitness levels, health etc . I hope this helps.
The recommended pace is described in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and is as mentioned by Dexy5
It’s the speed that shits u dear heart
Don't worry about going too slow. If anyone ever suggests that then they also automatically invalidate themselves as someone who's opinion you should take stock in. I blocked someone on Strava who said it to me recently. I have great friends, why would I want to hear that person. I also got it when I started running, ignore them, be yourself you are running! As a beginner runner you are the most important kind of runner in my honest opinion.
Thank you all for your replies 👍🏽
am doing mine on tredmill i walk at 6kph and run at 8kph and i find that ok but i will speed it up later on when i have done
My speed is 🐌 or 🐢 Served me well so far 👍🏻
Check out the link from IannodaTruffe ...the information and lots more that you need is all there...
My tip to add... slow and steady, run comfortably and breathe easily Simple
It's all about sustaining a running motion. Ideally you shouldn't know whilst doing C25K (unfortunately if you have to use a treadmill you have to)... our experience here is that it is more demotivating than motivating. And then you have something you can work on, if you wish, to keep you interested in running after graduation. Win win.
