So I was putting off this second run of week 4. Storm Francis has been blowing all day but it suddenly seemed to calm as I was reading all these posts about going out and knocking it out of the park today - so I buckled up my running shoes, hitched up my doggie trainer (I wasnβt getting out without him πΆ) and off I went.
And it felt great - when it was done hahahaha.
So thank you to everyone for inspiring me and motivating me and making me feel so guilty if I donβt go ππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈ
Thank you everyone β€οΈ

Thanks π I love that feeling when I complete my run too π ππ½ββοΈπͺπΌ just checked the forecast itβs saying the wind will be moderate! I do like a breeze but only to push me along π€£ππ½ββοΈ
ππ»ππ»ππ» well done. The wind here is terrible... no way could I run this morning, thankfully itβs a rest day. Hoping it will be calm on Thursday. Good show of commitment! π
Well done, brilliant isn't it, certainly makes you feel alive! π§πͺ
I did the same and on a hill while I was running up it the wind and rain were trying to blow me back down...had a couple of fellas that were loading a van laughing and shouting go on, you can do it! Lol it helped actually, there was no way I was stopping if I was being watched π
