Toughest run yet

Week 7 run 1 done, complete with new running trainers (thank you Easy Runner in Bristol). The most expensive shoes I have ever bought...and I don't even like them! They are light and comfy though.

Same length as W63, 25 mins, but harder tonight. Not sure why. Perhaps just due to a busy day at a festival, mostly carrying my massive and clingy 22 month old boy. Plus a quick trip to the allotment, which resulted in 5 unexpected marrows to carry home, with potatoes and betroot. My arms nearly fell off!

Going to have 2 days break before next run, but still looking forward to it.
