whohoo W7 done and dusted

Just completed W7 and like my previous two runs of this week I managed to run for 30 minutes again. Oddly I found the last 10 minutes the easiest part of the run. i just utilised the 5 minute cool down as a counter. On my MP3 W8 starts immediately after so that became my timer for the cool down. Not too sure if I have technicaly graduated but none the less I will continue with week 8 on Sunday
