So, after nearly 3 months off with an off/on groin injury followed by a broken toe, I'm getting back out there tomorrow ! Literally can't wait !
Been to the gym 2/3 times a week under the expert guidance of a brilliant personal trainer.
Been doing loads of leg strengthening exercises, as well as upper body and core stuff.
Because I managed to do 3 miles in 32 minutes just before the shopping trolley versus toe incident ( don't ask ! ) and have improved on my fitness tests at the gym, we've decided to go for 4 miles as slow as I want. That's about 6.4k.............
