Itchy legs!

This may sound strange but my legs feel itchy round the inside of the knees and calves when running and I'm trying not to scratch, but it's putting me off my running! Anyone else or am I just on my own?? Could it be the heat I wonder? Thanks in advance for anyone's advice

I'm no expert but could it be a circulatory problem? Are you just starting the program after a period of not doing much exercise? Give your legs a good rub before you start with some moisturiser to get the blood flowing and see if that helps. Good luck

Hi thanks yes, maybe. I do moisturise before I go, but don't walk as much as I used to ,will see how it goes. Good luck with your running
