I have now been running for over 6 months, having started C25K in February. I run 30 minutes 3 times a week. My husband now calls me a middle distance runner and as a treat has bought me a pair of bright red ( my favourite colour) running shoes.
They don't make me run any faster but when I look down I can see them peeking out and that spurs me on. At the age of 63 I need all the help I can get.
