Started week 2

So I was brave and moved on to week 2. I know or all you graduates running or 90 seconds is nothing buti never thought I'd be able to run for that long! Calf muscles still bad but persevering and doing stretching exercises.

  • You are doing great! And trust me, 90 seconds is a big deal, its 50% more than last weeks minute – how amazing is that :D

    Remember to give yourself a little pat on the back every time you get off the couch to do this, it is not easy, but you CAN do it. Rest your body if it needs it and it will help you to complete each run - your mind will probably try and challenge you more, especially on the longer runs. And keep blogging on here so we know how you are getting on!

  • I just started week 2 this week. I agree, I was scared to death to do it, but I survived! I still need to complete run 3 but already nervous about week 3! Good luck! You can do it!!!!!
