Running in Kenya - after a gap.

I've not run for 3 weeks, too busy and too much travelling. Wasn't sure how far I could run today but gave it a try and ran for 30 minutes!! So, one more run to go to graduation. I wonder how fast we lose fitness when we don't run. Used my own music this time - Chariots of Fire (without Mr Bean!) and the Dambusters are great. I'll go back to Laura's voice for the last run though.

Well done and good luck with your final run. I've just graduated and it's a wonderful feeling. I've made some playlists for when I run but I think I'm going to miss Laura so for now I'm going to use Stepping stones and see how it goes..
