Although I've been slacking off a little on my running (have been suffering with depression as a result of an internship I'm not doing so well in), I gave it a go today on my usual hilly course and ran 5K in 40 minutes, but comfortably! (I think I could have cut it down by 3 minutes or so.)
Onwards and upwards!
