Finished my Week 9 Run Three on holiday in Lanzarote last Sunday. Ran in a 32 degree afternoon heat (as a challenge!) and managed 30 minutes no problem.

I feel so good right now!

Next question is...how do I graduate?

Firstly congratulations, well done on finishing C25K. Next you need to send John (JR21) a message telling him you have completed the programme and he will see you get your green badge. Nice one :)
