Ive just completed wk6 i did find it tough but i did it.

When Laura said im a offical runner, i had a smile from ear to ear.

I could not run at all 6wks ago. :-))))

Well done, that's brilliant. I did W6,R3 this morning and actually feel like a runner today (although I wasn't listening to Laura). Looking forward to a couple of days rest and then onto week 7!
