Legs hurting should I do the second run

Hi done wk one run 1

legs felt fine should of done run 2 today but legs are hurting from my ankle to the front and the back of the legs so decided to rest for another day should I go out tomorrow ? Or have I got shine splints

Hi there and well done! My legs hurt like mad after first 2 runs - as in not being able to walk at all comfortably. However, tby day 4 (that is the day after W1 R2) all aches and pains just vanished. So just go for it!You can do it.

Thanks for your advice I did the second run and legs stop hurting when I ran

I feel great afterwards but legs staring hurting now but it was worth it
