What a great feeling it is to hear those words "you are now a runner" :O) Me a runner. The person that 6 weeks ago wanted to colapse and lie down on the floor after 60 seconds. Lets hope this elation lasts through the next 3 weeks.
To anyone wondering whether or not to start this program I say go for it. Its such a great sense of achievement.
