yse, turn round about 15 minutes in. You will start and finish with a brisk walk and then there are 8 short runs with walks between so when you've done 4, start for home :) You'll love it. Very well done for starting :)

You'll be surprised at yourself over the next few weeks, I think everyone starts out feeling nervous going out in public and running, but it's amazing how soon that feeling goes and you'll feel proud of doing what you're doing. Good luck!

Good luck, you can do it. I struggled to run for 20 seconds when I started and completed all 90 second week 2 runs this week. I have to remind myself every time not to go too fast at the start.

Come back and let us know how you get on.

You will be surprised over the next weeks/months. I certainly am! Come and ask questions or read some of the blogs, we have all had mixed emotions throughout the C25K journey :)

Good luck for tomorrow you will be fine just don't start off to fast and if you feel tired slow even more but don't stop. Listen to Laura and you will be fine.

Good luck. i've just finished week 1 run 3 ( 20 mins ago) and can testify that the podcast is so supportive and clear you'll be amazed at what you achieve. Just listen to the instructions and start off at a regular gentle pace ( no Bolt sprinting here0.

And don't worry about being embarrassed running outside - I've passed people I know, and they don't recognise me! (sweaty, sunglasses, hair up - and the fact they don't expect me to be running!)

Don't be nervous bout doing it on your own. You get used to it. also if you wait for someone to run with you, you end up missing sessions. Did week 3, R2 this morning - so proud of myself. 3 weeks ago I was gasping for breath at the end of 1 min jogging - managed 3 mins this morning - out of breath but not puffing. Also, toning up nicely.

I did the first run of the programme yesterday. I was so nervous I couldn't sleep the night before. I soon realised that no one takes any notice of you. To do run 2 I'll be getting up at 6am on Tuesday to go before work! Let us know how you got on :-)
