week 1 run 3

well, that's the first week done! have to say that i've never been a strong runner but this has been manageable if not the easiest, so really pleased that at 50 I can do this so far

bit galling though that my partner joined me today, at just 2 years younger he finished without even sweating and has now done 30 mins on our spin cycle whereas i need a lie down on sofa, oh well, i'm sure i'll improve as the weeks go on

have worked out that the final run will be just the day before we go on a cruise, so if all goes to plan then that's great timing, fingers crossed

Well done!!! Don't let OH's ability put you off though, just go at your own pace and you will be fine.
