Well done for getting out there Ballanty! I think we've all surprised ourselves both with finding out how unfit we are, and also with how much we've improved over the course of the plan!
Definitely keep an eye out for your back - it's important not to push it, but brilliant that you managed your first run with not too many problems.
Remember to take the plan at your own pace, always think back to how you were when you started, and good luck with the rest!
I found week one really difficult, and am now managing week 7, so keep it up and keep positive!
Well done for getting started!! Take it one run at a time and stick with it, if you really struggle don't be afraid to repeat runs/weeks. I graduated this week and 9 weeks ago I could run for a minute but not much longer. I can now run for 30 mins and if you follow the podcasts, you will be able to as well!
