Nothing to do with C25K, I'm afraid, but I'm just SO impressed with the women heptathlon competitors, especially Jessica Ennis. I'm getting quite emotional watching it - the hurdles and 200m were extraordinary !

She's great! Tough lady and talented. Hope she can keep it up tomorrow. Good to see shampoos etc promoted by female athletes like Ennis - much better role models for girls than some lip syncing over -paid barbie doll.

She's a really good role model and an inspiration. She lives in the same city as me (Sheffield) and she is much loved here. I've even seen her doing her shopping in Sainsbury's! And [later] didn't she do well. Not a dry eye in the house.
