Well Week 7 / Run 3 complete! When I started I thought that I would quit after first week but I have not and I am so proud of myself! Even after 10 days away where it was toooo hot to run I still did swimming every day ( 70 lengths a day ) So to come back and achieve last run of week 7 is amazing for me as I thought I might it difficult! So week 8 here I come on Sunday
