Week one

Two runs under my belt. I run down a country lane behind where I live. I have met, 9 dogs, two of my neighbours, made the joke 'if you find me collapsed you know where I live', the postman and a policeman. Running as I am of a lady of a certain age, still not shifted the baby fat (my youngest baby is 8!) and have an underactive thyroid. Hoping the running will help with the weight and the tiredness. Run three planned for Sunday.

Seems like quite a few of us have started this week - I have my third run tomorrow! Hope the running helps with your health issues, good luck! :)


I have found that it really helps with the weight, and it changes your body shape too - for the better. Good luck and keep going!
