Back after not running for a week

Before turning back into a couch potato I thought I had better get off my butt and run today. I hadnt run for a week and was rather surprised when I managed to run the full 30 mins and cover the 5km relatively easily. Promise to self, dont leave it a week again. I am waiting patiently for my new vibram five finger running shoes, yes I have been inspired by "Born to Run". Has anyone else tried these vibrams for running, it would be good to find out your thoughts on this
