I finally finished c25k on Sunday so what to do next? I have decided to challenge myself to do 5k to 10k - have various app options for this but decided to try Fun Run which starts with 5 min warm up walk , 9 min run, 1min 30sec walk, 9 min run, 1 min 30 sec walk, 9 min run, 1min 30 sec walk 9 min run, 5 min walk. So you are running for 36 mins in total but with 1 min 30 sec breaks (they went very quickly). Will do this again on Thursday and then Saturday I am aiming to go to my NEW local park run I can roll out of bed (rather than drive 15 miles) trying to keeping the enthusiasm and momentum going.

Good for you! I found it a bit weird when I finished too and am still not really in a routine. School holidays haven't helped as it is harder to get out running in the daytime. I am trying to work up the courage to do a parkrun but feel I am a bit embarrassingly slow yet. I like the idea of your Fun Run though and might give it a go as a way to try to build up speed. Thanks :-)
