Finally did the first run of the Programme today, and I feel ok! Had been dreading it, worried that people would stare at me or think I was silly as I'm not excactly skinny! But it was fine, head down and got on with it! I'm really looking forward to the next session and not dreading it as I thought I would be!

I think I found that first run the hardest, due to being seen, soon realised no one was interested and now I love being outside in the fresh air...running!!
Thanks guys! Your right, I realised today on run 2 that no one cares and I just got on with it and enjoyed it so much more! Onwards and upwards! x
