Week 1...Done!

I've been meaning to start the programme for a LONG time now and have finally managed to make a start and have just completed week one. Early days I know but I hope I can find the motivation to keep up what I've started. I want to get healthier, maybe lose some weight (I hope).

You can do it! Well done for starting, that is the hardest bit. You should be very proud of yourself for being so determined.

I am really glad I have taken the first step. Hopefully I can keep up the momentum now. Thanks for your encouragement :)

Well done for getting started on W1 thats the biggest hurdle over with. I am sure you will keep with it. The Community is great for support. I am only on W3R1 having never run before and I am enjoying it so far. Good luck.

Thank you. I only found the Community today and am so glad I will. It's lovely reading other people's stories and experiences.

Well done, enjoy week 2 and then you'll be hooked!

I hope you're right, I rather like the idea of getting hooked on running. Looking forward to going out again tomorrow morning.
