Week 1 done!

It took me longer than I hoped it would but I've finally completed week 1 of Couch to 5k. Feeling very chuffed. I'm on week 6 (half way) of the NHS Plan, am planning to start the happiness challenge today and I'm finally starting to get active. Good luck to everyone else also tackling the Couch to 5k this week! :)

Ooh what are the NHS plan and happiness challenge? Sounds like you've got lots of things going at once! Do they all have nice friendly apps to remind you what to do?! Also - congrats on finishing week 1 and good luck with week 2!

The NHS Plan is a diet plan to help you lose weight and be healthy :) I have lost 4 pounds through it so far over the last 5 weeks :) The app is called 'NHS Weight Loss Plan' if it interests you and there is also a community for it which you can follow on here. And the happiness challenge is a challenge on this website where you do certain things a day including writing about positive experiences, nice things you have done throughout the day and remembering happy memories from your life. :) I can mention you in a comment on it if you're interested? Sorry for the masses of information and thank you. :)
