Not bad so far!

Well, just finished WK2 R2 and feeling fine. Concentrating on breathing tips from Laura, in for 4 out for 4, strides and it's helping. Once I'm in the swing though, don't think I'll be checking too much! Also trying to keep looking ahead and not at the ground for posture. Yep all good :) feel I could run for longer at the end when she says stop, but plenty of time...

  • Well done, I couldnt do the breathing as suggested but figured as I could keep going I must have been doing ok on that front! Posture is important so well done on that, as I run longer I have to remind myself all the time to relax my shoulders back and down! Keep up the good work!
