Well, just finished WK2 R2 and feeling fine. Concentrating on breathing tips from Laura, in for 4 out for 4, strides and it's helping. Once I'm in the swing though, don't think I'll be checking too much! Also trying to keep looking ahead and not at the ground for posture. Yep all good feel I could run for longer at the end when she says stop, but plenty of time...
