I was dreading my first 25 min run, never thought I would do it! I even had nightmares! I ran my first one of wk 7 today and loved it, I am sure you will too. I thought I would never be able to run for 60 seconds when I first started! x
That's good to hear thank you, this time tomorrow I will have done it (hopefully)!!! well done on doing week 7, its hardcore from now on, no more breaks!!
If you look at my blogs for week 6 you will see what a horrible time I had with runs 1& 2! Run 3 was great and I'm going to be doing run 3 of week 7 later on today. You can do it. Trust your abilities and the programme. Good luck x
