Had a false start yesterday morning - ten or so mins in, flat batteries in MP3. Tried again this morning - phew, it was really knackering (the heat?) but I did it! Had downloaded a comedy programme - not at all keen on the music I'd heard on W7 so far! - so that took my mind off it a bit. I didn't enjoy the run one bit, though - so now looking forward to R2 to see if it's better ... I am now using an app to tell me my speed and distance - feel slightly demoralised by how very slowly I am going, too!
