Completed the program and completed a race for life 5k in 31mins and 4 seconds! Not quite 5k in 30 yet but it will be. I've downloaded the B210K and will be running a 10k in November. I can't get over how my mindset has changed doing this. I was a massive couch potato but now I'm beginning to look forward to my runs... I know, I can't believe it either!
