Well done! I've got to week 5, you won't believe how quickly the weeks go by. I'm enjoying it too, even though my mind always thinks I'm not ready for the next run my body somehow copes - the plan just seems to set the right pace. Keep on running!

Well done! Isn't it a great feeling of achievement. It's a shock to find you can do sport if you've never done it before, isn't it? I had never done any sport since schooldays over 30 years ago and now I can run for 30 minutes. You will too, especially if you enjoy it already. Have fun!
I have my last run of week 1 tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to it, like nevertoolate I had never done sports since school and was chuffed when I found I could run after all this time. I have been exercising between runs and have found it helps my legs,don't ache. This site keeps me motivated it's great to hear everyone's comments. Roll on week 2
