As a new runner of 57 - I never thought I would ever run but I have LOVED the C25K programme! I'm on W7R2 and it's going well, but this morning along the prom, against the wind and the rain, just thought I would never make it. That is, until Adele's "Set Fire to the Rain" came on my IPod. Just the spurt I needed to complete the 25 mins and conquer that final hill up from the beach - brilliant.
