Was pouring down when we were due to go out so we were going to wait until sat then at 8 pm decided to just go for it!! Rain had almost stopped bug still a bit windy. Can't say it was easy but I managed the runs without stopping early and as Laura said now running more than walking.

Brilliant! I'm starting Wk 3 next and fretting about the 3 min runs. I went out in tonight's foul weather and quite enjoyed the run. Week 4 looks pretty scary to me.

Each week looks scary as it gets nearer, but just go for it and so far they have not been unachievable.

Great and what commitment and dedication you've shown in today's weather conditions. I'm at w4r1 on my next time out. Though I try and go out with a friend who is 1 run behind me so it will depend if I end up doing w3r3 one more time. But still good practice. Don't yet like running in the rain though.

Really brave. Not sure if I'm going outdoors or on the treadmill in the gym. I'm on W3 R3 tomorrow.

Well done Tizzie braving the weather! I did the treadmill for Wk4 R1 the other day because it was dark and pouring hard. Like you I can't say its easy but I did do the five minute runs and then did Wk4 R2 outside and found that really hard but I still managed. So lets just keep going eh! Good luck.
