first run without laura

Do you plan to run to any music? If so, what's in your playlist? I know some tunes really get me energized, and I can lose myself in the music.

I ran without Laura once during Wk 8, and listened to Kelly Clarkston's "Stronger" CD. I was so into the music, that I was able to run 3.8 miles during my sessions. Tomorrow, I plan to run to either Adele or Maroon 5. Or, I may go old school, and listen to Michael Jackson's "Off the Wall" CD. That one brings back memories from high school. Anyway, off we go tomorrow.

hello .yes plan to run to music ,i have just got the kelly clarkson stronger album not listened to it yet.just done half hour on the treadmill a programme that was on there of hill walks and runs.
