Haven't managed a run in 10 days, caught cold/flu didn't feel up to even attempting a run whilst poorly, nearly recovered so feeling ready to run again, but where to start? Last run I completed was week 6 run 2, so I'm thinking, just re-do week 6? What u guys think? Any advice welcomed xxx
