wk 3 nearly finished woo hoo, bring on wk 4

have got 1 run left to do in wk 3 never ever thought i'd be able to run 3 mins , looking forward to wk 4, was wondering if anyone does any exercise during the days off, and is this plan enough to get toned and fitter

Love the idea of not being able to wait for the next week- well done. :) By all means exercise on your rest days- try swimming, dancing, walking, cycling, or anything else. Just don't run. The plan will improve your stamina and build your fitness levels so you will be ready to do other things too, but 9 weeks isn't long very long to see great differences. However, by the time it's over, you will have been bitten by the bug and be ready to go on to bigger and better things :)
