ok after Monday I thought this wouldnt be so bad but found this a bit tougher. Really wanted to give up several times through the run but managed to stay on course until the end
Still some pain in the lower back but its livable, legs hurt like hell while running then stops when I do so that should be fine too
heh week 8, if all goes well by time I go on hols on 23rd I should have completed the program.
Was talking to a lady at work and she told me how proud she was of what i was doing, I was always the one previously to say no to the lunchtime gym workout, now I do more excercise than her heh.
Every run I complete makes me so much happier If I can do this then anyone can, best of luck to all of you in your program.
