After the triumph of week five, I thought week six would be a doddle......WRONG! The 8 minute run felt like an hour. My legs were lead weights and I felt like I was gasping for air the whole time. Hopefully its just a hangover from fridays 20 minutes and things will improve for the other two runs this week. On a plus note I did go further than I have before and had to improvise a short loop from where i normally finish.

I found week 6 surprisingly hard but I'm finding the 25 min runs (on my 3rd one) not too difficult. Good work keep it up!

Yes likewise, I found the first 2 runs of Wk6 more of a challenge, it was the stopping and starting that got me but I suppose it is there for a reason (to build up stamina). It's a funny old game this running lark, definitely not cricket :)
