Hard work that was this morning!

This is why doing EVERY run of the programme is so important, to build up that stamina. Yes, I could have run 35 minutes on Monday, but I probably wouldn't have got through this run if I did!

It wasn't the best of runs as I couldn't seem to find a rhythm for long periods and with 5 minutes to go, I really had to dig in - my biggest test to date I'd say.

I got through it though, no thanks to RunKeeper tha had me clocked at 12.75km for the 38 minute workout! Ha!

Wore my new Brooks Beast shoes for the first time and had no issues with my calves or knees. I had a sore foot though, but I expect it is because my feet are used to overpronating (is that a word?!) everywhere while today they were told to stay put!

Weekend off. Yes! Only one week to go!

Oh and I lost 4 pound this week for the first time in a while! Bonus.

Keep at it - you are awesome to just dig in and finish. It's funny, but I found the stamina bit to be hardest in the last weeks. I could do one loooong run, but not 3x wk! Good for you for sticking with the plan and making it to the finish line!
