Wk1 run 2 done, yippee

Just completed wk 1 run 2 and really pleased with myself. Found a little easier tonight even though my legs were still hurting from Tuesday. Trick was pace and breathing properly.

Going to mega hurt tomorrow I am sure.

Really proud of my wide too as it was her first run of week 1. Well done to her to. She is still as red as a lobster though lol. :-D
