Can't believe all my runs from now on are all running, ie no walking breaks.. will I do it!? eek... I was very nervous about the 20 min run last week but this week I'm proper scared of 25 mins! Hope I can do it! I wonder if the heavy/achy legs ease the more I run! Bring it on though!

It'll be ok, angelmummy....just go where Laura takes you. It is kinda scary thinking no more "breaks" but you've made it this far ok. And you know what? Even if you do have to take a little break, it's not the end of the world. Just pick it back up when you can and go on. The day will come when you will look back and say, "Wow...I did all THAT?!"

Good luck and good running!

You have got this far and to run the 20 minutes was the biggest leap so it gives you confidence to keeo going when you get to the 25.

Deep breaths! (Now and whilst running.) You will be great. Just follow the program and amaze yourself. I now find that once I get past 10 minutes, it is actually easier to just keep going than to walk for parts. Keeps that adrenaline up and you just kind of get into a meditative rhythm.... But I blather on. Anyways, don't worry. It will be just fine, honest. I believe in you.

You'll be fine honest - I am on week 7 and it was a shocker to me too that I could no longer have a little breather in between my running bits, but its been fine so far and as Alaiyo says its actually nice to keep going and get a rhythm going. Wow did I actually say that, what is happening to me!!

Good luck!
