So I have completed week 1 and really enjoyed it! I look forward to my run as it gets me out of the house. I am a student and am waiting for my summer job to start and this is the perfect way of getting myself up and out in the mornings. I have done week 2 run1 and foud it ok so am looking forward to me next run tomorrow. Before starting this I have had serval failed attempts to get fit and do excersize but it didn't work out because I lost motivation. But these podcasts keep my motivation up and keeps me going!! I also have started to do a fitness game on the wii that I have ha for ages. It's fun and also let's me do fitness test and work on my posture and balance. I enjoy that too. Definitely plan for carry on with this! Love it!!
