Week 1 done!

Can’t believe that I’ve managed to complete week 1, I often struggle to stick to fitness plans etc as juggling them with work and children can be so hard! But I did it and strangely looking forward to week 2. I started now as hopefully when I start my masters course in September, it’ll be engrained in my routine enough for me to still be able to fit it in.

If you can fit it in, you do so... it will give you a break and some lovely, relaxed time whilst on your course!

Take it steady, don't worry too much if you have to take an extra day or two rest..life, work children and Masters get wonderfully ( children) and necessarily in the way of runs:)

A huge well done to you!
