Ok so finally finally feel comfortable with the 20 minutes and now I'm ready for my 25 minute run!! I couldn't just move unto the 25 minute run so quickly I felt like it was too big of a leap for me. So I've been quietly plodding a long on my 20 minutes jogs. What I like doing best is with my very last minute I run as fast as I can. It feels amazing I actually feel like every muscle in my body is as light as air.
So fingers crossed that my 25 minutes run as smoothly as possible

Hope your next run goes well. Yes isn't that a great feeling when you think you can run no more something extra just spurs you on for that last minute. Just love that feeling must be the endorphins everyone raves about....
