Ok so finally finally feel comfortable with the 20 minutes and now I'm ready for my 25 minute run!! I couldn't just move unto the 25 minute run so quickly I felt like it was too big of a leap for me. So I've been quietly plodding a long on my 20 minutes jogs. What I like doing best is with my very last minute I run as fast as I can. It feels amazing I actually feel like every muscle in my body is as light as air.
So fingers crossed that my 25 minutes run as smoothly as possible
