Well that's week 7 down. Wasn't so taken by the music this week so decided to go back to listening to week 6 run 3 as it is the same length of run - more motivational music as well as a more motivational Laura
A bit shocked to find out from my map app that I only actually ran for about 3.9K in the 25 minutes (I had thought I was getting close to the magic 6 mins/km required - clearly not!!). Will have to up the game next week. On holiday in Scotland for the next two weeks so nicely relaxed and hopefully able to tackle the increase in pace required - weather permitting
