I very nearly didn't attempt W5R3 and was very tempted to re-do R2 but I had a word with myself and thought 'no, the programmes's worked so far...'
I'm not going to lie and say it was easy but it definitely wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be (reading everyone's blogs helped). I was glad to hear that I'd done 10 mins and was 'half way there' but boy did that second half feel like a long 10 mins!! My legs felt heavy and I had a couple of moments of self-doubt that I could do it but I carried on and did it!! Yay me!!
Got a busy weekend so really chuffed I didn't chicken out and am looking forward to attacking W6R1 on Monday.
For all those people worrying about W5R3, it really can be done, go for it!!
