W5R3 done! It was tough with full 20 mins but I did it yay
Podcast advise that I should repeat w5 one more time so I should do that as after this will be more than 20 mins full on

I didn’t listen to the podcast, I used the app. But I’m sure it only advises you to repeat week 5 if you struggled with Run 3. If you completed it there is no reason why you can’t move on to week 6. Well done on finishing week 5 😊
Just carry on, I did and completed week 6 yesterday.

If it is nice..you are not using enough pressure,, you need to feel the knots un-knotting.. and it is only nice afterwards

once I did the first 10 minutes I really slowed down but regardless I ran for the full 20 mins!!! Perfectly...
first 10 mins was fine, slow and steady (thanks Oldfloss) found a couple of mins as I hit 15 mins quite...
