Podcast advise that I should repeat w5 one more time so I should do that as after this will be more than 20 mins full on

I didn’t listen to the podcast, I used the app. But I’m sure it only advises you to repeat week 5 if you struggled with Run 3. If you completed it there is no reason why you can’t move on to week 6. Well done on finishing week 5 😊

Thanks. I started using the roll massage stick as well. It’s nice tho I’m not sure how much pressure I should be doing etc

First 5 mins ...I can’t do this another three times
10 mins gone ...really...
there’s such a jump in week 5 from two 8 mins to a full 20 mins with no break - I can’t do it!!
I thought if I’ve managed 20 mins I know now that I can run the 30 mins 🏃♀️😁
once I did the first 10 minutes I really slowed down but regardless I ran for the full 20 mins!!!...
first 10 mins was fine, slow and steady (thanks Oldfloss) found a couple of mins as I hit 15 mins...
