W5R3 done! It was tough with full 20 mins but I did it yay :)

Podcast advise that I should repeat w5 one more time so I should do that as after this will be more than 20 mins full on

This on my Apple Watch but you can use Strava or runtastic app which I use as well

I didn’t listen to the podcast, I used the app. But I’m sure it only advises you to repeat week 5 if you struggled with Run 3. If you completed it there is no reason why you can’t move on to week 6. Well done on finishing week 5 😊

Thanks. I started using the roll massage stick as well. It’s nice tho I’m not sure how much pressure I should be doing etc

If it is nice..you are not using enough pressure,, you need to feel the knots un-knotting.. and it is only nice afterwards :)
