By taking out a lot of "hill", I managed to cut some more seconds off my 5K time, but still no cigar on the attempt at sub 27mins...coming in at 27.31. I WILL do it! I am nothing if not determined.

Tomorrow, gym work; I'll be working on the leg weights; Friday, hillwork; Sunday is a 9 miler (hahahaHAHA, insert maniacal laugh here), we hope.

Excellent, Carole! You are really bringing your pace down...
Just take it easy on the "hard" runs...(THERE'S an oxymoron if there ever was one)...we don't want YOU pulling up lame, also.
Enjoy!

Goodness - you're dedicated and determined. That posterior must be the most toned in Devon by now!

Ah RhonaL,
The most toned in Cornwall if you don't mind lol. Tho' I'll happily lay claim to Devon as well, I run over the Tamar Bridge often enough!
