W7 R2, really out of sync this week. Ran on tuesday and then havent been able to organise my chaos around fitting in a run until today. Then I managed to persuade my hubby to come and jog around the racetrack with me before we picked someone up, and it also seemed to have stopped raining. I had expected to fail myself because i stupidly had a large drink half hour before (coffee not vodka!) and didnt fancy that sloshing around while I tried to prove that I could run 25 minutes. As it was, I had a good run. I cant speak while Im doing it and need laura in my ears, but hubby said my pace was better than last time (week 4 or 5), and he didnt have to slow down too much. Now I just need to get back in a routine with my days....I dont want it to take 10 weeks if possible. Definately plan to look at Park run next saturday and enroll for my birthday!

Sometimes life can get in the way of running. The key is to not let a couple of extra "rest days" derail your whole program. Jump back on that bandwagon, and you will graduate in no time. (P.S. If it takes 10 weeks, it really isn't that bad. You still get a shiny green badge.)
