I was dreading this - having found the first run in W2 so hard - but it wasn't bad at all; I found that having something on my mind to concentrate on really helps the time to pass (!). Does anyone listen to audio books when running?

Going on holiday next week, but aim to get R3 finished before; then a gentle break back in when we get back, maybe revisiting W2 . . .

I am SOOOOO proud of myself; I didn't believe even as I set off this evening that I could do it, so a big thanks to everyone on here for all their motivational help and advice!

I didn't know you could listen to audio books on an ipod :o - I think I might like that too!

Well done to you! Its almost magical, the way this programme is designed. Just when you think you have reached your limits, you go a bit further.

Good luck and keep posting! :)

"Just when you think you have reached your limits, you go a bit further." I like this, I was thinking along a similar line today while I was running :)
